Delete your account

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Select the app your account belongs to — we'll show you the fastest way to delete it in the app, plus an email option if you no longer have access.

    Your account and personal data are deleted immediately; residual copies are removed from backups within 30 days.

    Request deletion by email No app access needed

    If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, send us a deletion request from the email address linked to your account. We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, with confirmation to your email.

    Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically by deleting your account — manage them in your Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions. Details on how we process personal data: Privacy Policy.
