Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website buildmyappnow.io and the mobile applications and web platforms operated by A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO ("BuildMyApp", "we", "us"), including Biolyze, Biolyze Pro, Sokommerce, Juvento, Kündigo, AppUp, PulseTrade, Amiona, and Dola (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider
A&K Worldwide Enterprises FZCO, Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@buildmyappnow.io.
2. Accounts
Some Services require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices are shown in the app or on the relevant website before purchase.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store / Play Store account settings. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Purchases made via Stripe or IntaSend (M-PESA) are billed by us; you can cancel renewals at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
4. No Medical Advice
Biolyze and Biolyze Pro are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Analyses, scores, and suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified physician before making health decisions, changing medication, or acting on any value flagged in the app. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in our Services.
5. No Financial Advice
PulseTrade and Dola do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading signals are algorithmic information services; trading gold, forex, CFDs, or digital assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not indicate future results. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Digital-asset services may not be available in all jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
6. No Legal Advice
Juvento and Kündigo provide document analysis and connect users with independent lawyers. The apps themselves do not provide legal advice; any legal advice is provided by the mandated lawyer under their own professional responsibility.
7. Marketplace Services (Sokommerce)
Sokommerce provides tools for independent sellers to operate online shops. Sellers are solely responsible for their products, listings, pricing, taxes, deliveries, and compliance with consumer-protection law. Contracts of sale are concluded between the seller and the buyer; we are not a party to those contracts unless expressly stated.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Services — including attempting to breach security, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Services (e.g. storing and processing your documents to generate your analysis).
10. AI-Generated Content
Some features generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI-generated results before relying on them; Sections 4–6 apply in full to AI-generated content.
11. Warranty and Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses. Our total liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice, or immediately for material breach. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 9 and 11) remain in effect.
13. Changes to the Services and Terms
We continuously improve our products and may modify features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
